13: How to Generate Reports on Transit Benefits Applications

Purpose: To provide a step-by-step guide for Coordinators on how to generate reports on past, new, and pending Transit Benefits applications.

Coordinator Dashboard

Login to the GOVGO! Portal. Enter your "User Name" and "Password" to access the "Coordinator Dashboard" or "Coordinator Review Queue."

If after logging in, you land on a different screen other than your Dashboard, select "Coordinator Dashboard" from the "Approve Applications" drop-down menu to view this page.

Download Applications

Select an "Application Status" from the drop-down menu. Choices include:

  • All
  • Pending Submission
  • Submitted
  • Supervisor Approved
  • Supervisor Rejected
  • Coordinator Approved
  • Coordinator Rejected
  • Approved
  • Transit Office Rejected
  • Deleted by Applicant

When you have selected the "Application Status" you would like to view, click on the "Download Applications" button.

Open Applications

A message will appear asking how you would like to view the report. You can choose to "Open" or "Save" to your computer.

View Applications

A Microsoft Excel file will show all the applications with the "Application Status" you selected.

Repeat Steps 2 through 4 to generate reports with different application statuses.
