It is an honor and privilege to serve as Acting Director of the Program Support Center and to serve you, our valued customer, in your core mission. I am excited to share this Director's Corner blog post with you, my first in this role.
With the start of the new fiscal year, our goal is to help improve your business operations and save money for your main mission with our dynamic services. We have reviewed our services closely to ensure that we provide the best value. We take the burden off of you, and help improve your business operations so that you can accomplish your important work.
We published our updated PSC services at www.psc.gov on October 1, which includes all of our service descriptions, rates, and points of contact. We have a multiyear history of keeping rates low, and this year is no different. Once again, through aggressive cost management and increased external business, for most of our rates, we’ve been able to hold constant or reduce our rates. We go through a rigorous rate-setting process, which is backed by a third party review, for accountability and to ensure full transparency for all costs. We will continue to manage our rates to ensure that PSC customers receive the absolute best value. As always, our Service Directors are here to provide you with information about the services you utilize or any questions and concerns.
