Subject: SF-1150 Record of Leave Data

This letter provides instructions for transmitting SF-1150, Record of Leave Data to Human Resource (HR) Offices when processing leave data for employees transferring into HHS.

When an employee transfers to HHS from another government agency, the HR Office must send a copy of the SF-1150 Record of Leave Data to the Payroll Services Division.
The HR Office payroll liaison must forward the SF-1150 to their Payroll Customer Service Team electronically through the Peregrine system. Use the Peregrine classification: Category - LEAVE // Subcategory -TRANSFER IN/SF-1150.
Employees can verify their leave balances by reviewing the Leave and Earnings Statement. Payroll Liaisons should send inquiries concerning the status of the updating of the SF-1150 to their Payroll Customer Service Team using the Peregrine system. Use the Peregrine classification: Category - LEAVE // Subcategory -TRANSFER IN/SF-1150.
If an employee is transferring to another Federal agency, and a SF-1150 is needed, please request a SF-1150 via the Peregrine system. Use the Peregrine classification: Category - LEAVE // Subcategory - SF-1150 REQUEST.
NOTE: Please verify that the transfer/separation action has been processed in EHRP and interfaced to the DCPS before requesting an SF-1150. The DCPS will not generate an SF-1150 until the transfer/separation action has been processed.
