William McCabe is the Chief Financial Officer and Director, Financial Management and Procurement Portfolio for the Program Support Center (PSC), a component of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise that helps to strengthen PSC’s efforts to provide services more efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining PSC, Mr. McCabe served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Before that post, he worked for the Department of Education as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor, and acting Chief Financial Officer. Earlier, he served as the financial solutions architect for Oracle Corporation.
Mr. McCabe received his Bachelor of Science, specializing in Finance and Economics, from the University of Maryland, College Park. He received his Master of Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Investments, from George Washington University, Washington, DC. In 2015, Mr. McCabe received the honor of Meritorious Presidential Rank Award from President Obama.
