The Totals tab gives you a recap of all of the expense categories and the total cost of the trip. Notice that the cost has changed slightly since Anne took out lunch for one day. The Certifier's responsibility is to verify that the funds are available for this trip, while the Approver is responsible for authorizing the use of those funds.

The Total Estimated Expenses at the top of the Totals tab states the estimated cost of the trip to be approved.
