Federal Occupational Health Clinical Health and Wellness Services improve and maintain the health of federal employees. These services help managers meet federal regulatory requirements and increase the overall productivity of the federal workforce. FOH has more than 60 years of experience delivering solutions to more than 360 federal partners, reaching 1.8 million employees. FOH delivers comprehensive, integrated occupational health and wellness services via a nationwide network of more than 3,000 providers and nearly 300 managed sites. Federal Occupational Health The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps employees and managers develop the skills and confidence needed to deal with challenges and opportunities at work and in life. With the help of EAP, employees learn how to manage issues such as stress, relationship concerns, grief, addictions, financial distress, or health problems. EAP helps agencies build a healthy and productive workforce by promoting emotional wellness throughout federal workplaces. Services offered include: - Face-to-face assessments, solution-focused counseling, referral services for family/relationship issues, workplace concerns, personal and emotional difficulties, health and behavioral issues, alcohol and drug problems, and more.
