Information and Systems Management Service

Information and Systems Management Service (ISMS) was created from the PSC reorganization to consolidate our technological resources into an efficient and highly dedicated service.

ISMS provides an extensive array of information and technology services to HHS. Services include IT infrastructure operations and consulting, telecommunications services and management, contact center services, IT security, project management, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) implementation and records management. ISMS also operates and maintains major IT systems such as the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS), the HHS Consolidated Acquisition Solution (HCAS) and Capital HR.
