The Division of Enterprise Systems Operations Management (DESOM) manages state-of-the-art time and attendance and payroll interface applications. DESOM works closely with HHS and other federal agencies to develop, deliver, and support the best possible human resource (HR) systems that use the latest available technology to maximize efficiency. Services offered include: - Enterprise Human Resource System (Capital HR), a leading-edge HR/benefits/payroll interface system based on PeopleSoft Human Capital Management
- Application support for federal civilian HR systems
- HR data warehouse system utilizing state-of-the-art database technology
- HR reporting integrated with the HR data warehousing
- Help Desk assistance for HR, benefits, and time and attendance systems
- Payroll interfaces between the Capital HR and Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) payroll systems
- Capital HR serves as the enterprise solution supporting the HHS Human Resource Line of Business
Offered to: All federal agencies Performance: HR systems will be available 95% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance and network outages beyond DESOM’s control. 95% of report requests will fully meet customer requirements. 90% of all Help Desk calls will be responded to within three (3) hours.
