The Program Support Center (PSC) was created in 1995 to provide a wide range of administrative support within the Department of Health and Human Services, allowing the Department Operating Divisions to concentrate on their core functional and operational objectives. he PSC home page (http://www.psc.gov) presents an overview of the PSC Divisions and the services offered within each Division.
