Special Appointment Authorities and Program Guide

OEEO has updated the Special Appointment Authorities Handbook (PDF 882KB, 66 Pages) that was created in 2001. The handbook, designed to meet the needs of HHS managers/supervisors, contains most of the Federal Government’s select hiring programs to facilitate the hiring of persons from underrepresented groups—minorities, women, veterans and people with disabilities.
