Purchase Card Management

The Strategic Acquisition Service (SAS) issues purchase cards to authorized employees under the government-wide commercial purchase card program. SAS ensures that its customers have the required training, establishes certain single and monthly spending limits, and monitors spending in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations.

Performance:

95% of requests to establish new purchase cards will be acted upon within one (1) business day of receipt of complete information.

95% of all cardholders and approving officials will successfully complete the required training.

Rate:

$286.22 per card annually
