FY2012 Acquisition Deadlines

To ensure timely awards by our planned closing date of September 28, 2012, the PSC/SAS/DAMs have established the following Fiscal Year (FY) 2012 deadlines for receipt of properly completed and approved iProcurement requisitions, with all required documentation attached: 

April 5, 2012 – All Contracts (regardless of dollar value) and any Task/Delivery Orders and Modifications valued at $5,000,000 or more (including all options)

May 7, 2012 – Task/Delivery Orders and Modifications valued between $2,000,000 and $4,999,999 (including all options)

June 5, 2012 – Task/Delivery Orders and Modifications valued at less than $2,000,000 (including all options)

July 6, 2012 – Simplified Acquisitions valued between $25,001 and $150,000

August 3, 2012 - Simplified Acquisitions valued between $3,001 and $25,000

September 7, 2012 - Micro purchases $3,000 or less which cannot be bought using a purchase card
